(1) Scope of Application:
This high-pressure plunger pump is primarily used in spunlace nonwoven fabric production lines to supply high-pressure water for the spunlace process; it is also suitable for industrial high-pressure cleaning, pipeline pressure testing, and other applications, capable of conveying clean water and similar media.
(2) Product Features:
1. High-pressure, stable output: Three plunger pumps operate in alternating fashion, delivering a maximum rated pressure of 250 bar, with smooth flow and minimal pressure fluctuations, perfectly suited to the high-pressure requirements of spunlace processes.
2. Robust and durable construction: The crankshaft is forged from 42CrMo steel and undergoes nitriding treatment, while the ceramic plunger and hydraulic end are made of SUS304 stainless steel, offering excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance to handle demanding operating conditions.
3. Energy-efficient, high-performance drive: Equipped with a permanent-magnet motor and an external gearbox, it delivers low transmission shock, high efficiency, and reduced energy consumption over long-term operation.
4. Comprehensive safety protection: Equipped with triple safeguards against water shortage, oil temperature, and oil pressure, with timely alarms in case of abnormalities; optional accumulator‑based flow stabilization and remote monitoring systems ensure continuous operation.
5. Convenient and hassle-free maintenance: Key wear parts (such as water seals and check valves) have clearly defined replacement intervals; an oil‑free seal design is available to prevent oil leaks and emulsification, thereby reducing maintenance costs.
