Technical Principle

  The integrated wastewater treatment system uses MBR ceramic flat-sheet membranes as its core technology and comprises a pretreatment tank, an MBR biochemical tank, a sludge storage tank, and a clear water tank room.

  The pretreatment tank comprises fine-grate screening and anoxic biochemical treatment. In the anoxic stage, denitrification occurs: denitrifying bacteria utilize organic matter in the wastewater as a carbon source to reduce the substantial amounts of NO3‑N and NO2‑N carried over from the membrane tank’s return sludge into N2, which is then released into the atmosphere. Meanwhile, the BOD5 concentration continues to decline, and the NO3‑N concentration also decreases significantly.

  Aerobic MBR tank: Aerobic microorganisms adsorb and degrade organic matter in the wastewater, thereby purifying the effluent. The plate‑type membrane filters and retains suspended solids, enabling the reactor to operate under conditions of high volumetric loading and long sludge retention time, which enhances organic matter removal efficiency. At the same time, a secondary sedimentation tank is eliminated, resulting in excellent and stable effluent quality.
